UNLAWFUL MATERIAL

ADULT MATERIAL

Contain all pornography, erotic images, coarse or obscene content. The description of “adult material” is left entirely to the judgment of HOST & SOFT.

WAREZ

SPAM

We do not encourage cancellation of Digital Services like SEO, SMM, PPC, Email Validation/Verification, Email Marketing, Branded SMS which comes under Digital services.

If any service which comes in Digital Services is requested for cancellation. Host & Soft reserves the right to send invoice for payment in pending. Money withheld by Host & Soft will not be refunded at any cost.

REFUND POLICY

(1) It is stated that Host & Soft provide 30 days money back guarantee only for Web Hosting & WordPress Hosting.

(2) VPS, Dedicated Servers,Domain Registration / Transfer are not under 30 Days money Back Policy

(3) Digital Services Like SEO, SMM, PPC, Email Validation/Verification, Email Marketing, Branded SMS are not offered 30 Days money back guarantee. Once Host & Soft receive invoice they will not refund total money or a part of it. Host & Soft forbids customers to claim refund on services mentioned.

(4) Web Design/Development, Ecommerce, Graphics Designing services also do not comes under  30 Days Money Back Guarantee. Total amount or part of it will not be refunded.

Host & Soft reserves the right to withdrawn Deposit,Amount, Credits with out provision of services.

EMAIL VALIDATION, EMAIL VERIFICATION, EMAIL MARKETING
  1. Customer is asked to submit Email list in either .txt or .csv format. Submission of any other format must be discussed on Live Chat before Ordering.
  2. .RAR , .ZIP or compressed file can also be sent to customer in case of large or multiple files
  3.  Host & Soft does not provide any service at Door Step.
  4. All correspondence will be through email, live chat, ticket.
  5. Output result of Email Validation/Verification will be in .csv , xls, xlsx or .txt format
  6. Output files can be opened through Microsoft Excel.
  7. Output files will be provided through Email Address which was used to submit File Analysis Request.
  8. Validated List will be sent through Email Attachment on email that was used to submit “File Analysis Request Form”
  9. Invoice sent to customer may represent round figure of Validating email. This is because to keep calculation simple.
  10. Duplicate emails, Special Character in emails will be eliminated from output file.
  11. An output list may contain less no of emails as compared to no of emails in input list.
  12. If you have different PayPal Email address. Host & Soft will not send output files to that PayPal address. Unless customer ask.
  13. If total number of emails are different in your sent/received file as compared to description on invoice, Host & Soft will not fulfill your difference with other list.And is not liable to refund you on difference.
  14. Host & Soft does not guarantee Validation Result Accuracy. Neither they refund back money in case of Accuracy (%) lower then 95%.
  15. Email Validation Results are up-to 95% accurate but it is not guaranteed that every time they are as much accurate is it was in validation result.
  16. There any numerous reasons which can change accuracy percentage significantly, some of them are mentioned below
    • In case of full Mail Box quota email bounce back
    • In case of domain suspension Mailbox will not exist temporary
    • Wrong DNS records configuration
    • Mail Server facing Downtime
    • and many more reasons
  17. Host & Soft uses different techniques to identify Bounced/Dead Emails. We do not take responsibility that our Methodologies are going to give correct results.
  18. False positive result my occur in Validation result completely or a part of it can be wrong.
  19. Data Deivery is only Posted on our App Customer has to download data files in 90 days afer validation.
  20. Host & Sof tis not liable for any loss and will not send any email or notification after validation of files
  21. Delivery of Files and verification is only available via our Verification app. you have to download all files your self
  22. The App and data files are solely for your own personal use. Host & Soft is not liable in case of compromise of account, compromise of credentials , compromise of data
INDEMNIFICATION

Customer see eye to eye, it shall protect, assure, save and hold HOST & SOFT risk-free from all responsibilities, losses, costs and claims, including levelheaded attorney’s fees stated against HOST & SOFT, its agents, its customers, officers and workers, that may take place or consequence from any service given or performed or agreed to be carry out or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold risk-free HOST & SOFT against liabilities happen out of;

(1) Any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise disseminated in connection with HOST & SOFT server.
(2) Any material abounding by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party;
(3) Copyright infringement and any faulty products sold to buyer from our server.

OVERUSE

HOST & SOFT has rights to suspend any account found overuse in space or in bandwidth, and if found overuse second time after intimation then account holders must have to upgrade their account to higher package to continue, if no action taken within 24 hours after intimation then account may be terminated. Unlimited Bandwidth means 10GB per month.

DISCLAIMER

we will not be answerable for any compensation your business may undergo. We make no guarantee of any sort, uttered or obscure for services we offer. We disclaim any guarantee or merchantability or robustness for a particular reason. Take in loss of data follow-on from delays, non release, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions grounds by HOST & SOFT and its employees. We reserve the right to revise its policies at any time.

Always download emails in outlook express instead of webmail as webmail is a temporarily place for checking emails, data may loss from server whenever issue happen and wemay never take any responsibility for backup of emails.
